Consensus in the Assembly

What are you doing as individual politicians to create that consensus and compromise?

Willie Clarke: Works primarily on bread and butter issues within his constituency and works on unionist outreach.
John McCallister: As an individual he will meet with anyone to discuss constituency matters and the UUP are continually trying to move forward.
Kieran McCarthy prides himself on bringing all the MLAs together e.g. the St Patricks Day public holiday, the town land names to be preserved.
Margaret Ritchie believes consensus is emerging. 80% of the population in Northern Ireland in a recent life and times survey said that they wanted to live together.
