Question on Areas of Natural Beauty

Why would they take Tyrella and Minerstown beach out of the area of outstanding natural beauty in Lecale and add in McDonalds and the Asda car park?

Jim Wells: The consultants who recommended that had previously done a report on wind farms which recommended that Minerstown would be a good place for a wind farm.
